I bought 20 shares of this stock because of ageing population, good fundamentals, cheap P/E and interesting dividends.

Now WELL shares ara valued 106.65 each. I originally paid them 75.993 each. So I’m up 40%.
Now I am selling 15 WELL shares to recover my capital and keep free shares forever.
